Policy Reminder: Cancellations or rescheduling requests require at least 24 hours' notice for a full refund or credit. Appointments canceled within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. In-person park sessions affected by severe weather may be shifted to Zoom or rescheduled at no charge.
